from 2005 to 2006. Therefore, the result of the
AHP-vertical “scatter degree” method is more
reasonable. The other groups of the data in the
table 1 had the same features.
Overall, the results show that the AHP-Ver-
tical “scatter degree” method is more scientific
and reasonable than the original method. It
